As someone in my mid-thirties and single, I'm navigating the solo life, including the precarious modern dating scene. Do I find the journey lonely? Sometimes.

Don't get me wrong, I am thankful for my pillars of support - my friends and family. But I recognise that they, too, have their own commitments. So, to keep myself occupied, I've learnt to be as self-sufficient as I can be - creating my own adventures, curating my own stories, and just living life in the moment.

I can never turn back time, and as I grow older, I don't want to miss any more opportunities to do the things I want, even if it means doing it on my own. So, this space is dedicated to the solo perspective - from activities to experiences.

Don't let fear hold you back. Follow The Solo Perspective and seek inspiration for your next adventure.

I read the post on The Solo Perspective about finding your own path and learning to trust your instincts when you’re doing things on your own, and it really shows how important self‑reflection and patience are when you want to grow. It reminded me of a time I was so overwhelmed with school that I had to hire someone to take my online English communication exam just to make room for rest. Reading this made me think that finding support and learning to pace yourself both help you stay confident and focused.
